Cementitious Grouting Service is a premixed cementitious non-shrink grouting system specially formulated to produce a high performance, pourable grout with high strength and slightly expansive properties. It is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives, which impart controlled expansion in the plastic, state which whilst minimizing water consumption.

Bostik flow grout GP is used for general purpose, non-shrink cementitious cement Grout services of gap thicknesses 10 to 75mm. Recommended applications at flowable consistency include stanchion base plates, bolt pockets and void filling. At trowel able consistency Bostik flow grout GP is recommended for bedding load bearing components.

Bostik flow grout GP is supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a flowing non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses 10 to 75 mm. Bostik flow grout GP is a blend of Portland cements, graded fillers and chemical additives. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded filler is designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.

Anchor Grouting Material resin based grout material suitably blended with a hardening compound and filler and supplied as a pre measured, two part, resin grout. After hardening , the grout has high mechanical properties. Anchor Grout is used where the difference between the hole diameter and bar is < 25 mm.

            Anchor Grout is used for high strength corrosion resistant anchoring of bolts and bars from 12 – 25mm diameter into concrete, rock, masonry of brickwork where high speed of installation and early application of load is required, Permanent installation of reinforcement starter bars, foundation bolts, base plates, barriers and safety fences, railway tracks, tie-back anchors, reinforcement doweling abutments, ground anchors for towers, cranes, dock, sills.
